Order acceptance
Checkout submission is a purchase offer. An order may be accepted, limited, or cancelled due to stock, authorization, incorrect details, fraud concerns, taxes, pricing errors, or delivery constraints shown during purchase.
Policy for returns and exchanges
Defective and non-defective new items are eligible for return review, and exchange requests are accepted. Unused and original condition applies to non-defective merchandise. Contact us during the 30 calendar days after delivery and receive approval before mailing with the free prepaid label contained in the package. We do not assess a restocking fee. A refund approved through this process is handled and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting is separate. Read the Refund Policy for further details.
