Separate business-day estimates
Once payment authorization succeeds, an order is ordinarily readied in 1–2 business days. The estimated carrier journey after dispatch lasts 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count, and actual arrival can vary.
Address, service, and tracking
Shipping destinations, methods, and charges are disclosed in checkout. Please check the delivery address and contact details before submission. We share a tracking update when it is released by the carrier.
Delayed, lost, damaged, or missing delivery
Send danielteixeiragta2012@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, and tracking details if assistance is required. Add photos for transit damage, and report a delivered scan without receipt so the available evidence can be investigated.
